Then download and install google chrome again.Once the browser is uninstalled completely restart the computer.To delete your profile information, like bookmarks and history, check "Also delete your browsing data.". On your computer, close all Chrome windows and tabs.Then download and install it again and check if it works. I recommend you to uninstall google chrome and restart the computer.
